Innocent Ewean Davidson is the Director of the French-South African Institute of Technology (F’SATI) and the African Space Innovation Centre (ASIC) at the Department of Electrical, Electronic, and Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment, Cape Peninsula University of Technology, South Africa. I. General Terms and Conditions
