Weiss, M.D., is an associate professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and a psychiatrist at McLean Hospital, Belmont, Massachusetts. Douglas M. Ziedonis, M.D., M.P.H., is an associate professor and the director of the division of addiction psychiatry in the department of psychiatry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
