Intentional Fellowship: A Blueprint for Proactive, Profitable and Spiritually Uplifting Collaboration (Paperback or Softback)

In Intentional Fellowship, Robert Dilts and Ian McDermott invite you into the living practice that has shaped their thirty years of creative partnership - a way of being with others that is personally fulfilling, spiritually uplifting, and commercially successful.

Internationally recognized innovators, the authors draw from decades of experience guiding entrepreneurs, teams, and organizations around the world. They reveal how "intentional fellowship" - a proactive, values-driven approach to partnership - can generate results that are not only profitable but deeply meaningful.

Offering practical frameworks blended with their lived experience and drawing on inspiring role models, the authors guide readers to:

• • Align shared purpose with personal values.
  • Turn conversation into creation and connection into collective intelligence.
  • Grow personally and collectively while contributing to a larger purpose.

This book is a guide for people who believe that commercial success and human fulfillment are not opposites but partners - and who are ready to turn fellowship into a strategic advantage for a more sustainable, inspiring future.

Whether you lead a team, guide others as a coach, or seek to live with greater purpose, Intentional Fellowship invites you to transform how you connect, create, and contribute - discovering a way of working that is as profitable as it is profound.

In the words of the authors, "This book offers a roadmap for turning conversation into creation, connection into contribution, and success into significance."
