About the Author
Dr. Neeraj Kumar Goyal is currently an Associate Professor in Subir Chowdhury School of Quality and Reliability, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, India. He received his PhD degree from IIT Kharagpur in reliability engineering in 2006.His areas of research and teaching are network reliability, software reliability, electronic system reliability, reliability testing, probabilistic risk/safety assessment, and reliability design. He has completed various research and consultancy projects for various organizations, e.g. DRDO, NPCIL, Vodafone, and ECIL. He has contributed several research papers to various international journals and conference proceedings.
Dr. S. Rajkumar received his BE (Distinction) and ME (Distinction) degrees from Anna University, India, in 2009 and 2011, respectively. He obtained his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India in 2017. Currently working as an Assistant Professor in Department of ECE at Adama Science and Technology University (ASTU), Ethiopia. His research interests include reliability engineering and interconnection networks. He has contributed notable research papers to international journals.

I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts that you conclude with us as a provider (AHA-BUCH GmbH) via the Internet platforms AbeBooks and/or ZVAB. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any of your own terms and conditions used by you will be objected to

§ 5 Choice of law, place of performance, place of jurisdiction
(1) German law shall apply. In the case of consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as this does not withdraw the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence (principle of favourability).
(2) The place of performance for all services arising from the existing business relationships with us as well as the place of jurisdiction is our registered office, insofar as you are not a consumer, but a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. The same applies if you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or if the domicile or habitual residence is not known at the time the action is brought. (3) The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall expressly not apply.
