About the Author

Craig Cochran is a project manager with the Georgia Manufacturing Extension Partnership (GaMEP) at Georgia Tech. He has an MBA from the University of Tennessee and a bachelor's degree in industrial management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Cochran has assisted more than 5,000 companies since 1999 in QMS implementation, problem solving, auditing, and performance improvement. He is an Exemplar Global-certified QMS Lead Auditor.
