Payment with order. Check, money order, MC/VISA/AMERICAN EXPRESS. U.S. postage $4.00 first book, $1.00 each additional book special 4th class. U.S. postage higher for books weighing 5 pounds and over; customer will be notified of additional postage due before order is shipped. Outside the U.S. please add $15.00 (US) for orders weighing under 1.8 kg for surface rate, otherwise postage at cost. Indiana residents please add 7% sales tax.
