Two volumes of the proceedings of this conference which contain the whole presented papers were already preprinted and delivered on the conference day to the attendants. After some editorial effort by the Executive Committee members, this Supplementary Volume is now issued in July 1981, and supplemented to the above preprinted volumes of the proceedings. Thus these three volumes shall form "the complete proceedings of the conference". This Supplementary Volume contains the opening and closing addresses, discussions for each presented papers of all the sections and the list of the attendants and the contributors. Readers of the description of this volume will be able to catch the atmosphere and the intended spirit of the conference as well as the profound knowledge in their speciality field. As the Chairman of the Executive Committee, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the members of the committee and all the participants for their cooperation conducting the conference so successful."
