Tuula Honkonen is a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the University of Eastern Finland. 

Melissa Lewis is a Doctoral Researcher in the Department of European and International Public Law at Tilburg University, the Netherlands, and an Honorary Research Fellow in the School of Law, at University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
