Gerard McCann is Senior Lecturer in International Studies and Head of International Programmes at St Mary's University College, a college of Queens University Belfast, UK.

Féilim Ó hAdhmaill is a Lecturer in Social Policy in the School of Applied Social Studies, University College Cork, and Programme Director for the Masters in Voluntary and Community Sector Management.
