About the Author

Dr. Ilker Cingillioglu - Assistant Professor and Head of Banking & Finance Department at Girne American University in North Cyprus - is a senior lecturer, author and public speaker with a background in organizational leadership, business development, e-learning and management consulting. He was recognized as a Senior Manager in Australia by the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and Australian Government Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC). He previously authored the book: "E-lecturing in Virtual Learning Environments" and the worldwide selling organizational leadership book: "Principles of the 21st Century Leadership" in which he introduced unique concepts and models including the 7 Rules of Leadership, 5Cs of Successful Organizations and the Traditional Leadership Styles Matrix.
