A simple introduction to the Internet, what it includes, how to navigate, and safety tips to follow while online

Edna Toby is one of this country's leading education specialist in the emerging Learning Technologies field.

A teacher for more then 25 years Ms. Toby has worked with children of every age and has garnered substantial recognition within the computer education community.

She has received the Educator Award from ACE, the Association of Computer Educators, the NYNEX award for Excellence In Innovative and Creative Projects and is a winner of the National Gallery of Art's American Art Competition, focusing on the unique use of Laser Discs in the classroom.

Ms. Toby's work in the field of Learning Technology was recently featured in Time Magazine and in New York Newsday's article, Kids Journey Into The World Of Computers. She and her students have appeared on American and Japanese television including WNBC TV News and the television program Gateway For Learning.

Her Mobile Telecommunications Grant, sponsored by the Sumo Tomo Bank and Trust Company of Japan, helped bring technology and the Internet into the non-computer classroom. She has been a member of the New York City Board of Education Advisory Committee evaluating learning technology grant proposals.

Edna Toby's credentials include a BA Degree, an MS in Education and a Post Masters Degree in Advanced Educational Learning Technology. She is a member of the International Society for Technology in Education and the Association of Computer Educators.

Ms. Toby is a native New Yorker, mother of three and proud grandmother of three.

Bob Stevens' work has won every major national and international award in the Advertising Industry, including eleven Addy's, fifteen Andy's twenty-six Clios (the ad business equivalent of the Oscar,) and a Gold Lion from the prestigious Cannes Film Festival.

A former Senior Vice President with BBDO Advertising Agency in New York, Mr. Stevens has worked closely with an amazing list of artists. In the early 80's, Mr. Stevens was music director of the now famous Michael Jackson commercials for Pepsi. He has worked with David Bowie, Tina Turner, Lionel Richie, Robert Palmer, Bo Didley, two more campaigns with Michael Jackson, five campaigns with Michael J. Fox, Randy Newman and Madonna. Mr. Stevens' work with Ray Charles was elected to The Museum Of Modern Art's permanent collection devoted to work in the advertising field.

In early adulthood, Bob Stevens' worked as a studio musician and audio engineer. His writing credentials include scripts for Marvel Comics, and a staff position writing for Skylark Publications. He eventually took charge of his own science fiction comic. He is author of several novels, most notably MISTAKEN LIVES. Mr. Stevens wrote, ADVERTISE YOURSELF! Married for almost 30 years, Mr. Stevens is a native New Yorker and proud father of a son in college.
