Dr. Gede Pardianto is a consultant ophthalmologist at the Sabang Merauke Eye Center (SMEC), assistant professor and chairman of residency program at Department of Ophthalmology and Vision Sciences, Universitas Prima Indonesia. He graduated as an MD and ophthalmologist from Universitas Airlangga and earned his PhD (Summa Cum Laude) from Universitas Sumatera Utara. He has published in several national and international journals, serves as an editor for 2 journals, reviewer for 20 journals, and has edited and authored several books. Dr Pardianto is the course director of 40 Maestro Lecture Series. He was also a panelist and chair in many international conferences and has received many honors.
