About the Author
She also leads the Health Sector Coordinating Council - Cybersecurity Working Group. Prior to McLaren, she was the Director of Clinical Engineering at Penn State Health and Texas Children’s Hospital.
Barbara Christe, PhD is Dean of the School of Engineering Technology at Farmingdale State College, a State University of New York (SUNY) campus. She is responsible for one graduate program and six academic departments. Dr Christe is a Commissioner in the Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission (ETAC) of ABET. Prior to SUNY, she was Program Director of Healthcare Engineering Technology Management and Associate Professor at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
