Introduction to Coastline Development

This volume is a collection of papers, preceded by an introductory essay, on coastal physiography. In this volume, although all the papers have both a local and a general interest, and all illustrate certain general ideas, the emphasis is focused on their interest and value as studies of particular places. It includes papers on: the peninsula on the south coast of Jutland, Victoria Australia, Dungeness, the Mississippi delta, Cardigan Bay, Holderness and coral reefs.
