About the Author: Tariq Jamil is a faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Sultan Qaboos University (Oman). He has been teaching Digital Logic Design course to undergraduate engineering and computer science students for over a decade. He is a senior member of the IEEE (USA), a member of the IET (UK), and a chartered engineer (UK).
