B. A. SHENOI, PHD, is Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering, Wright State University. He is a Life Fellow of the IEEE, a recipient of the Golden Jubilee Medal from the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society, and a recipient of the IEEE's Third Millennium Gold Medal.
