Thomas B. Sturtevant is an Assistant Professor and the Coordinator of the Fire Science Technology program at Chattanooga State Technical Community College in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He has his Masters in Public Administration at the University of Tennessee. He is a member of NFPA-National Fire Protection Associaiton.
