Nice tight bright hardcover in clean red cloth with Seeley Service logo blindstamped on the frt cover. Spine ends bumped, tips still sharp, no names, tears or soil in the 157 page text, only one microscopic number on the rear endpaper and some light foxing on edge of page block. Price clipped dust jacket is darkened around periphery, shows color loss on the backstrip and has one small chip at the head of the spine but still displays well in new mylar. Edited by The Duke of Beaufort who wrote the introduction. Includes a seven page glossary of foxhunting terms and the following chapters: The Fox, The Foxhound, At the Kennels, Hunting Kit, The Foxhunter and The Farmer, Riding to Hounds, One of a Crowd, Riding Across Country, The Management of the Hunter, Cubhunting, The Draw, Horn & Voice, Finding a Fox, The Hunt in the Open, The Whipper-In, The Organization of Foxhunting, A Hunting Library.
