Between Ourselves: An Introduction to Interpersonal Communication

Between Ourselves has become established as a key text on a wide range of courses in which interpersonal communication is a main or subsidiary subject. It covers current ideas about how and why communication takes place between people and draws together the main strands in communication studies to illustrate communication processes in action. This new edition contains more material on cultural aspects of communication, greater attention to practical issues, new case situations and examples, references to recent research and publications, a revised glossary and reading list and a more detailed index. It has also been redesigned to be easily accessible.
