USPS Media Mail: Single Volumes $4.25; each additional volume $1.75, IN THE SAME ORDER. Heavier volumes may be priced higher. PRIORITY MAIL: Single Volumes $9.95, and $3.50 each additional book IN THE SAME ORDER. Heavier volumes will be priced higher. OVERSEAS ORDERS: Costs vary, based on weight, size and destination. Packages will be shipped via Global Priority Mail whenever possible and customer will be reimbursed for over-charges whenever possible. New US Postal Rates necessitate this change.
