All software titles (CD-ROM or DVD, cassettes) are shipped in publisher's sealed and/or original packages. No returns are allowed if the shrink wrap was broken. The item would otherwise be unsellable.

Priority Mail Domestic shipping rates are set for any book that fits into international Priority Mail flat rate envelope (limit 4 lbs., 10x12 inch size). If the book is larger or heavier, higher fees may be requested. Media mail rates are for any book under 5 lbs.
Basic Priority Mail International shipping rates are set are set as a default for any book or books that will fit into a flat rate Priority Mail envelope or padded envelope, weighing 4 lbs. or less. If the weight or size are higher, we will need to request higher shipping rates also. We follow the internanional rates set by the USPS in agreement with other international services.
Our experience with Priority Mail International shipments has been all too often negative. Delivery for shipments that the USPS mail estimates in 6 to 8 business days, have experienced sigificant delivery delays to many countries beyond these basic estimates. Most often, these delays are cause by deficiencies in the local Postal Service. Even our most patient and understanding customers have been tremendously dissapointed. Unfortunately there is not much we can do. The approximate delivery dates listed on the USPS are hardly ever kept. Customers write annoyed but we have little to do with the delivery of a particular package once it is in the hands of the International Mail.

**CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES:
Many countries are now requiring paymet of customs and import fees. Buyers are always responsible to pay those fees at the destination country. LEA Book Distributors is in not responsible for such fees. We advise buyers to follow up promptly any such request in order to avoid delivery delays.

Las Tarifas de envío para Priority Mail International están calculadas para cualquier libro o libros que caben en un sobre especial de tarifa plana o cuyo peso no pasa de 4 libras. Si el tamaño o peso exceden el tamaño del sobre o las 4 libras, necesitaremos pedir autorización para tarifas más elevadas.
Hemos tenido problemas repetidos muy serios con el Correo Internacional en muchos países.

Muchos países requieren ahora el pago de tarifas de importación, aduanas, IVA, etc. El comprador es siempre responsable de pagar esas tarifas en su destino. LEA Book Distributors no es responsable de pagar esas tarifas y aduanas. Aconsejamos a los compradores que estén atentos a esas peticiones de pago de los Gobiernos respectivos pues si no se siguen se puede incurrir en retrasos considerables.
