About the Author

Pradip V. Mehta, a Fellow of the American Society for Quality, was Director of Quality Assurance of a multi-billion dollar, multi-national retail and service organization. Mr. Mehta has 30 years of experience in managing quality of consumer goods and has authored two books on quality. Mr. Mehta has taught quality at National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi, India under United Nations development Program. Mr. Mehta has a Master?s degrees in Textile Engineering and Business Management.
