American book, printed in Canada. Very good clean condition. Lightly faded to the spine. Light bump to top right corner. Large, heavy book. 28cm x 21.5cm. Approx. 600 pages. Comes with the accompanying Software CD in a pocket inside the back cover. Software requires Microsoft Windows 98 or newer. There is some confusion regarding the "Edition": The cover states "2nd Edition" but the CD-ROM "3rd Edition". Probably the cover should have been changed to say 3rd edition. Heavy item : overseas shipping at cost.
