Flush-cut limp cloth slightly flecked and rubbed; rear cover and textblock lightly cockled; a very good copy. Provenance: Norman Lewis, former Head of the SA Woods and Forests Department, with his contemporary ink ownership and library details on the front free endpaper, and his ink annotation (on page 4).
