The Macmillan Company, 1948, Third Edition. Hardcover Book in Good Condition. Without Jacket. 1948 good, solid, clean volume. Blue cloth with gold titles with rubbed panels, scuffed corner tips and spine ends. Sewn binding is tight and solid and square and has slight movement. Front endpaper has former owner name; rear endpaper has writing. Text page edges browning. Pages quite clean, lightly age-toned, a half dozen or so have small amount of writing in pencil. Appendix with various charts and tables and Index. 800 pages. 8.5 x 6 x 1.3 inches. 1948, The Macmillan Company, New York, New York.
