New York and London: Plenum Publishing Corporation, 1975. xiii, 292 pp. 23.5 x 16 cm. Brown paper covered boards with gilt titling to spine, in a glossy red and white dustjacket. Second printing. Some rubbing to jacket, with small rubbed patch toward tail of spine of jacket. 13 mm closed tear to tail of rear panel of jacket with some creasing. Bump to tail of front board of book. Interior clean and unmarked. Small 2 cm circular area of rear pastedown has been peeled away. Binding firm. . Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good.
