An Introductory Text Book to Study General Psychology with the Integration of Theology, Spirituality, and the Personal Search for Truth and Meaning

In An Introductory Text Book to Study General Psychology with the Integration of Theology, Spirituality, and the Personal Search for Truth and Meaning, students learn about the “meat and potatoes” of the study and profession of psychology. This text provides students with structure and a foundation for interaction, encouraging application of psychological concepts to their own personal, spiritual, and psychological journey.

Unique aspects of this text include:

• explicit use of the Holy Bible as a source of inspiration and insight.
• discussions for each chapter to facilitate exploration of both ancient and current concepts and writings.
• an emphasis on a lifelong pursuit of truth – it does exist, it is reality, and it has the power to set oneself free.
• encouragement to see people as individuals; not as generalizations, categories, classifications, or labels of any type.
