Boring discusses its limited use with the insane, as well a study of its use on some patients with dementia. Edwin Boring was an American experimental psychologist, involved with intelligence testing during World War I, as well as optical illusion research. This resulted in the 'Boring Figure' as well as research in the appearance of the moon (see Wikipedia). GOOD condition.
