About the Author

Frank Partlow was born into the US Army at the Presidio, San Francisco, 75 years ago. Along the way, he was commissioned from West Point, lived in fifteen states, France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Egypt, Vietnam and Cambodia, before retiring as a Brigadier General. He is a Stanford Historian, Harvard Fellow, college professor, multinational peacekeeper, international negotiator, intelligence expert and baseball coach. After settling in Reno, he became a business owner, consultant, biweekly columnist, fiscal reformer and association president, along with a two year Presidential appointment in Washington DC. Although he is a published author, this is his first novel. He is 54 years married to his high school sweetheart, with two daughters and four grandchildren. He has been awarded the US Defense Distinguished Service Medal.
