Shipments may be standard without a tracking number or "registered" with a special rate that allows tracking and a shorter delivery time.
The destination post office will record the arrival of the package and notify you.

The especial fee for books do not allow any track, the destination postal office will register the incoming parcel and advice you.
To receive the shipment with tracking you must request priority shipping.
