First printing of the 1899 uniform edition of a book first published 1893. Maroon binding with a gilt elephant's head and swastika design on the front cover, gilt upper closed page edges. Firmly bound, mostly clean with small attractive bookplate and previous owners inscription inside. A few marks with rubbing to edges and bumped corners.
