Synopsis:

Today, ethics is considered as the basis of legitimacy of any action. For example, sustainable development approach as a mentality based on the philosophy of ethics between generations is becoming more important and will be used in new fields. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of working ethics in manufacturing industry based on technology acceptance model, to test hypotheses and data analysis, structural equation modelling (SEM) and smart Pls (v. 3.2.8). The results show that work ethic, intrinsic motivation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant relationship with job performance. There was a significant correlation between job ethics and intrinsic motivation. Also, three variables of intrinsic motivation, attitude, job satisfaction were identified as mediator variables. In this study, 5 moderator variables of the country of birth, gender, activity background, marital status, education level were found. The results of this book can emphasize the importance of investment in the development of working ethics in the manufacturing industry to improve the work performance and to clarify the effect of this relationship.
