An Investigation into Job Satisfaction Levels amongst Employees: in the Cameroonian Education Sector

Job satisfaction has always been a major area of interest to organizations, this explains why researchers across disciplines have written various articles on job satisfaction, in spite of all the articles written on job satisfaction, many practitioners in Cameroon still fail to approach the discipline rightly by ignoring the opportunities and benefits it offers, it is for this reason that today, job satisfaction still remains a major problem to tackle amongst business men, professionals, organisations or institutions and even scholars.
