Iridescence: The Second Dimension

Iridescence: The Second Dimension invites readers beyond the visible spectrum and into a layered reality where imagination refracts into its boldest forms. This second installment in the Iridescence anthology series expands the boundaries of speculative literature, assembling an international chorus of award-winning and emerging voices who bend genre, language, and perception itself.

Within these pages, mythic fantasy breathes alongside urban landscapes pulsing with hidden magic; gothic shadows intertwine with dystopian futures; and metaphysical science fiction interrogates the nature of existence, consciousness, and time. Interwoven throughout, a striking array of speculative poetry captures the ineffable—those fleeting, luminous truths that exist just beyond articulation.

Featuring acclaimed contributors such as Nicholas Samuel Stember, Nisola Jegede, and E. Doyle-Gillespie, this collection also showcases a powerful and diverse lineup of writers and poets: CaTyra Polland, Chantel Bennett, Elaine Joy Edaya Degale, Exeter Stevens, Jacqueline Douge, Jennifer Coley, Jiang Pu, Lawrence Williams III, Makeda K. Braithwaite, Marua Nurlykhan, Melody Cooper, Mohammed Babajide Mohammed, Nagueyalti Warren, O. Hunt, Robyn Katona, Sarah Zhang, Spencer Brownstein, Tammy A. Sincavage, Tia D. Hutton, Iridulon, Y Kendall, Zena Rachelle, and Zoe Hatton.

Each piece in Iridescence: The Second Dimension acts as a prism—shifting, shimmering, and revealing new dimensions of story and self depending on how the light hits. Together, they form a collection that is not only imaginative but transformative, challenging readers to reconsider what is real, what is possible, and what lies just beyond the edge of perception.
