Garlow is a graduate of Oklahoma Wesleyan University and Southern Nazarene University (B.A.and M.A.) and holds an M.Div. from Asbury Theological Seminary, a Th.M. from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. from Drew University.
