There is a special cover indicating that this is Cong. Ireland's Sixth Annual Night at the Circus, Wednesday, April 6, 1983, D.C. Armory. Heavily illustrated souvenir program from perhaps the most famous circus of the 20th century, with roots back to P. T. Barnum, the most famous exhibitor of the 19th century and a force behind the Madison Square Garden venue in New York City.
