Renee' Justice Barnette has been an artist for a lifetime. One of her greatest passions is the written word. Writing continues to be one of the many ways Renee' explores and embraces humanity, that of the world around her, and her own. Through songwriting, short stories and poetry, her work is constantly evolving and reflects her passion for life, art and the creative process. Her love of color, texture and mixed media allows her to create eclectic, one of a kind wearable art designs with the use of beads, fiber, clay, leather and other unique finds. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor, poet, potter, worship leader, and singer/songwriter. Renee' is a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (#1685), with a career that spans more than 21 years. She is a native of North Carolina and shares life with her loving husband Robert and their precious Dachshund Macy.
