1938. J. Arthur Dixon. A Softback in Fair condition. A historic gem. Extremely Scarce indeed. When researching the book we were unable to find any other copies mentioned anywhere. Covers are rather grubby and stained, and the spine has a lean. Profusely illustrated throughout with black and white photographs from the period. Richly detailed text giving a fascinating insight into the Island in the 1930's. Very occasional, incidental marks to a small number of pages, otherwise the pages are clean and unmarked. A wonderful curio.
