"I could tell you it's because cars are expensive in Israel, or chalk it up to mental illness, but it's more than that. It is a blend of sociology and sarcasm. The simple format is reminscient in tone and style of Vice Magazine's popular "Do's and Don'ts" series of the late 90's and early 2000's. About the Author

Nate Fish is a writer, artist, and baseball player and coach from Cleveland, Ohio. He lived and worked in Israel from 2013-2016 where he hung from the window of his Mazda 3, risking life and limb, to photograph Israelis driving homemade vehicles. He currently lives in Kampala, Uganda and New York City.
