Using the Catechism of the Catholic Church as his guide, he encourages youth to seek the truth as he explains Christian alternatives to the false answers that assail us in the media and advertising. He examines important contemporary issues from the Catholic perspective, helping youth answer such questions as: Is there really a God? What makes actions good or evil? What is the purpose of existence? Why go to Mass? What's sex got to do with love and marriage? Who is Jesus? Is there life after death? What's wrong with abortion and euthanasia? And many more. Illustrated.
George Cardinal Pell, formerly Archbishop of Sydney (2001–2014) and of Melbourne (1996–2001), Australia, was appointed in 2014 by Pope Francis as Prefect of the Secretariate for the Economy at the Vatican.
