Issues in Public Policy 2019

Whether considering “election protection” or policies surrounding healthcare, applying and evaluating public policies—measuring for success—is a constant in our law making and our political process. The impact of research on existing and proposed policies can have a far reaching effect on key issues. This publication, and others to come in the series, is a compilation of research papers written by students in the Master of Public Administration and Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance programs at the Norwich University College of Graduate and Continuing Studies, CGCS. The Applied Public Policy Institute, APPI, exists under the umbrella of the Norwich University Applied Research Institutes, NUARI. The APPI was co-founded by Dr. Rosemarie Pelletier, Director of the Graduate Programs in Public Administration and Information Security and Assurance and Phil Susmann, President of NUARI.
