Issues and Strategies of Managing E-Learning Services

E-learning is a presently implemented in most of the educational institutions.Information and communication has an amazing growth in economy and education.Issues and strategies of managing e-learning services shows the impacts of e-learning services in educational institutions. The study access the students’ perception in issues of e-learning, e-learning strategy, institutional leadership with learning environment and also the need for training of teaching staff in e-learning.The research enhances with the international inventory of students’ behaviour towards internet,student's personality using eysenck three dimensions method and students’ attitudes towards creativity ICEDIP model.Statistical tools were used to find out the outcomes of issues and strategies of managing e-learning services which are highly involved in the research.Most of the data were collected for analysis and the real result is showed in findings.The research represents how higher educational institutions have involved in e-learning implementation and development activities
