Issues in Your Tissues: How to Navigate Life through Your Body's Messaging

Your body houses your soul, stories, and traumas. It already knows the answers to your life questions: Why am I here? Why am I stuck? What brings me joy? And the biggest question of all: Who am I?

So, how do you crack the code of your body’s messaging?

Your body is a fussy baby—it hurts, it screams, it cries. In Issues in Your Tissues, Angel Howard distills these metaphors of your body—the patterns of pain and sensations—and provides a guidebook to decode its messages.

By utilizing a unique framework that draws from the ancient Hindu chakra system and offers remedies in the form of seven foundational elements, you can access the deep truths of your body. This book is a daily reference that will soon become your reliable best friend, full of exercises, music playlists, and movement videos to integrate your body and mind so you can reach your highest self.

Issues in Your Tissues is a wayfinder to guidance, joy, strength, love, and passion within yourself. All you need to do is pay attention.

Your body is trying to tell you something.
