THE JUNIOR TAROT READERS DECK AND GUID

An inclusive and beautifully illustrated card deck, based on The Junior Tarot Reader’s Handbook, that offers a practical and fun introduction to tarot and divination.

This adaptation of Nikki Van De Car’s The Junior Tarot Reader’s Handbook includes a 78-card deck showcasing Uta Krogmann's gorgeous artwork, in which she took special care to keep imagery inclusive so that any reader can see themselves reflected. The 96-page companion booklet teaches readers a variety of ways to do readings, interpret the cards, and use the deck to help navigate difficult situations (with friends, at home, or at school), all while offering a better understanding of the power we have over our own lives/decisions. See what the cards have in store for you!

Nikki Van De Car is the author of over a dozen books, including the bestselling Practical Magic and The Invisible Wild, her first YA novel. She is an indigenous creator, focusing on exploring the ways in which story (mo‘olelo) informs how we understand the world and ourselves. She is a woman in search of magic, in the crunch of leaves and the scratch of a pencil, the brush of lips on a temple and the sound of voices raised in song.
