Jacob's Dream!: A Lesson on Numbers and Birds

This book teaches children to count from 1-10. It provides ten colorful illustrations of popular North American birds. The book intends to capture children's imagination while developing their ability to count and learn about indigenous birds. Children can trace the numbers and color the illustrations on each page, which further enhances the learning process. It will be especially useful for elementary teachers as they can use the book to create counting lessons, build student awareness of birds and apply learning to practice.
