About the Author: Cok van der Lee (born 1970) is a Dutch author, clairvoyant and designer. When he was 7 years old, he and his family visited one of the oldest oak trees in the middle of the Netherlands. He felt the energy of the tree and wondered if the oak could be wise. Over the years, Cok received several confirmations that trees do indeed have a (silent) consciousness and also a collective consciousness. This was what inspired Cok to write Jasmine and the Wisdom of Trees.
