About the Author
Jasper Mirabile was named executive chef of Jasper's when he was 22. He was the first Kansas City chef to be invited to the James Beard House where he was recognized for upholding the tradition of authentic Italian cuisine. He is co-chairman of the American Institute of Food and Wine and convivium leader of Slow Food Kansas City.
