New customers will receive a pro-forma invoice by email or post. Payment is due in two weeks after the date of invoice. When payment by credit card is applicable we will send you a secure payment link (Adyen) by email. Buyers within the EU must also pay VAT (Value Added Tax), based on the rates in the country of the buyer: low rate on books and high rate on prints, manuscripts and original artwork, unless they posses a VAT registration number. All goods remain our property until payment is received in full.

Methods of payment accepted:
Banktransfer, credit card (VISA, AMEX, MASTER CARD), PayPal.
Payment in installments is sometimes possible and can be discussed.

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 10 days after receipt, if our
description is incorrect. Please send us an email before returning anything.

We offer airmail (priority) anywhere in the world at cost. Alternatively we can send through courier, like Fedex, UPS, TNT. Please enquire to get a quote. To keep the cost for the customer as low as possible, we do not charge any additional costs. All our shipments are automatically insured. We will contact you if extra shipping charges are required, which mostly applies to certain long and/or heavy runs (often periodicals).
