About the Author

A Boulder, Colorado, native, Dave Query attended the Culinary Institute of America. He has cooked in kitchens located around the United States including New Orleans, Chicago, San Francisco, New York City, Miami, and Northern Michigan. His restaurant company, THE Food Group, owns and operates Zolo Grill and Café Rhumba in Boulder, JAX Fish House in Boulder and Denver, and Lola in also in Denver. Jill Zeh Richter is a graduate of the University of Denver s School of Hotel and Restaurant Management and the Colorado Institute of Art s Culinary School. Before becoming a chef at JAX Fish House in Denver, Jill worked at Highlands Garden Café in Denver and the San Sophia in Telluride.
