A crafter's guide to making fashionable beaded jewelry in an hour.
Jewelry in a Jiffy is for the impatient beader. It has more than 55 original beaded jewelry projects and many more variations, the majority of which can be completed in about an hour -- instant gratification.
Clear step-by-step instructions, color photographs and line drawings are accompanied by stunning photographs of all the finished pieces. Beautiful close-up images of sparkling crystals, elegant pearls and polished metal beads will inspire novice and experienced crafters alike.
The book begins with a chapter on techniques, fittings (such as spacers), fasteners, tools and types of beads. The projects, organized according to style and material, include:
- Mostly metal
- Bracelets
- Magnetic jewelry
- Quick and easy
- Pearls and crystals
- Felt.
Jewelry in a Jiffy is a straightforward guide to making fashionable personalized jewelry. With these creative projects and clear explanations of basic skills, the only limit is the beader's imagination.
